Plaza nueva

Located in the center of Granada, in Plaza Nueva, with three balconys to the main square of the city, it’s fully equiped to do a normal life. Each room have’s a wardrobe, study desk, and a bed.

There is a taxi stop just in the door of the building, bus stops one minute away and of course the biggest monuments of the city like the cathedral, the river Darro, and Gran Via are minutes away by walk.

With the room we’ll give you a clean set of sheets, some blankets and a bed cover, all clean.

The rental price includes internet access through our wifi network and the expenses of light, water and gas.

Profile:

Quiet person, preferable to be a non-alcoholic person, it should not be a musician or play any instrument at all and preferable if it’s lifestyle is early mornings rather than late nights.
